S2 K Series Flexi Sports Cat Converter

This Motorsport catalyst converter has been designed as a direct replacment for the standard catalyst to further enhance performance.

Designed around a steel body, with cellular stainless steel internals it uses a less dense cell pattern which allows greater exhaust gas flow through the body, while still dramatically reducing emissions.

The Motorsport catalyst has undergone extensive on-car testing with no implications of the MIL warning light being activated on several test cars.

Standard catalysts tend to use between 400-600 CPSI (cells per square inch) catalyst cell pattern; the Motorsport catalyst uses a 200 CPSI stainless steel cell pattern; this allows a much greater exhaust gas flow through the catalyst whilst maintaining the correct emissions required for UK MOT purposes.

Performance testing at the rear wheel has shown an average increase of 5 BHP through the WHOLE rev range with a peak of 6 BHP.

Increased power and torque are the main advantages of installing this product to all models of the S2 Elise including uprated engines, a small increase in sound would also be noticeable.

6 x Stainless Steel M10 Bolts.
12 x Stainless Steel Washers.
6 x M10 Stainless Steel Full Nuts.
